Installing LDAP Enrichment Source¶

Prerequisite

Logpoint v7.3.0 or later

To install LDAP Enrichment Source:

1. Download the .pak file from the ServiceDesk.

2. Go to Settings >> System Settings from the navigation bar and click Applications.

3. Click Import.

4. Browse to the downloaded .pak file.

5. Click Upload.

After installing LDAP Enrichment Source, you can find it under Settings >> System >> Plugins.

Uninstalling LDAP Enrichment Source¶

You must remove LDAP Enrichment Source configurations to delete it.

To uninstall LDAP Enrichment Source:

1. Go to Settings >> System Settings from the navigation bar and click Applications.

2. Click Uninstall () from Actions.

3. Click Yes.
